Esther House Thrift Store is a community-focused retail operation located at 806 Pelham Road South in Jacksonville, Alabama, that sells affordable secondhand merchandise including clothing, furniture, housewares, toys, shoes, accessories, electronics, and small kitchen appliances. Operating as a social enterprise, the store supports 7 Springs Ministries addiction recovery programs by generating revenue for the organization while simultaneously providing employment-readiness training and benefits for men and women in recovery. The store opened in July at the former Burke’s Outlet building location and serves the Jacksonville community by offering both quality goods at reduced prices and meaningful employment opportunities for individuals working through recovery programs.
