Calexico Neighborhood House (CNH)

Calexico Neighborhood House (CNH) is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the Imperial Valley region with a specific focus on low-income women and children since its founding in 1938. Located at 506 E 4th Street in Calexico, CA, CNH operates as a community center and social services agency offering preschool, shelter for homeless women and children, emergency food and clothing assistance, utility support, micro-business support, job development services, parent education, and a Mission Thrift Store. Originally established as a settlement house to assist border community residents and affiliated with the General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church, CNH continues to provide comprehensive direct services and community advocacy to disadvantaged populations throughout Imperial County.
