Upscale Resale is a nonprofit thrift store in Laguna Hills, California, operated by South County Outreach since 2001 as a social enterprise. The store sells a curated selection of gently used, vintage, and new clothing, accessories, jewelry, home décor, furniture, and household goods. All proceeds from sales support South County Outreach’s food pantry and housing programs that serve individuals and families facing food insecurity and homelessness throughout Orange County.
