Heads Or Tails Collective is a women-owned vintage and artist collective located at 4188 Piedmont Ave in Oakland, CA, founded in September 2020 by Lou Lou Rosenthal and Kylee Kienitz. The shop features thoughtfully curated vintage fashion and homewares alongside handmade pieces by local artists and designers, with a commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and diversity. The collective actively supports the community by hosting Piedmont Lane Market every third Saturday of the month, featuring local vendors and a DJ.
