Mrs B’s Z Place Annex

Mrs. B’s Z-Place Annex, located at 304 Third Street in San Juan Bautista, is an eclectic gift and collectibles shop owned by Patricia Bains that celebrates Black artists and Black history. The Annex was created when space became available next to the original Mrs. B’s Z-Place store, which opened in 1998, allowing Bains to expand and showcase items reflecting her cultures and interests alongside the main store’s vintage clothing and antique offerings.
