River Street Marketplace

River Street Marketplace is a 60,000-square-foot community destination located at 31896 Paseo Adelanto in San Juan Capistrano’s historic Los Rios District, which is the oldest neighborhood in California. Opened in late 2024, the marketplace features over 30 shops and restaurants, including boutique retail brands, modern dining concepts, specialty services, and a full bar and brewery, all set within a farm-inspired architecture design featuring six structures surrounding a central green space. The marketplace celebrates the area’s agricultural heritage and pays homage to San Juan Capistrano’s rich history while providing a contemporary indoor-outdoor gathering place for the community.
