Lilou of the Valley Vintage is a Black-owned, women-owned vintage clothing boutique located at 32 E Acacia St in Stockton, California, opened in 2017 by owner Shontay Rodriguez and her husband Branden. The shop specializes in trendy, stylish vintage and consignment clothing and accessories for women, embodying their slogan “Cute as a button, tough as concrete,” while celebrating the soft and tough balance that women command. Named after Rodriguez’s daughter Lilou, the boutique is intentionally situated in a historic neighborhood to bring attention to the vibrant local district and connect with the community through unique, curated vintage fashion finds.
