Bridge Of Faith

Bridge of Faith is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 7702 Greenleaf Ave. in Whittier, CA that empowers girls and women who have aged out of foster care or are facing homelessness. The organization operates H.O.M.E. (Home Opportunity Meets Emancipation) residential programs providing shelter, emotional support, and life skills training, while also running Up*Scale Collectibles, a thrift store that serves as a job-training center and fundraising arm for the organization. Founded over two decades ago, Bridge of Faith has been recognized by the New York Times as “the first of its kind” and “model for the nation” for its work helping former foster youth become self-sufficient and emotionally stable.
