Founded by Lorin and Rich Wheeler, who relocated to the area in 2020, the store opened in October 2025 with a mission to create an inviting community gathering space that celebrates craftsmanship and vintage design. The business specializes in curated collections including vintage clothing from various decades, accessories, collectible pottery, and mid-century furniture and glassware. Rather than operating as a traditional retail shop, the Wheelers designed East West Vintage as a hybrid space—part art gallery, part record store—intended to foster connection and inspire appreciation for quality design and materials among visitors.
