Greenwich Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Shop

The Greenwich Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Shop is a high-quality resale shop located at 199 Hamilton Avenue in Greenwich, Connecticut that has been serving the community since 1921. The shop accepts donations of clothing, furniture, home goods, and other items from shoppers and donors, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. All proceeds from the thrift shop directly support Greenwich Hospital and its services. The Auxiliary—a nonprofit volunteer organization—operates both the Thrift Shop and Gift Shop, and has contributed more than $10 million to Greenwich Hospital through these retail operations and annual fundraising efforts, funding state-of-the-art medical equipment, technology, and various hospital programs and services. The shop is staffed and operated by a dedicated team of volunteers who help make it a beloved community resource.
