Founded during the pandemic with a faith-based mission centered on giving back to the community, the business was named after Sophie “Fofie” Karipides and Maria “Mia” Katsaros, two Greek sisters from Byram. The store is run by sisters Meg and Kate Fronio, who grew up in the area and developed the shop with themes of community support, reusing, and recycling at its core.
