Gentle Bull Shop is a queer and woman-owned vintage clothing and gift store located at 45 Pratt Street in downtown Hartford’s historic Pratt Street District. Established in 2019 as a curated space for creatives, the business offers a carefully selected collection of one-of-a-kind vintage clothing, home decor, plants, and artisanal goods. The shop expanded from its original photography studio operations to include a retail location that opened in 2022. Gentle Bull Shop is actively involved in the downtown Hartford community, celebrating the neighborhood’s cultural vibrancy and contributing to the revitalization of the Pratt Street Historic District.
