Act II Thrift Shop

Act II Thrift Shop is a nonprofit thrift store located at 170 Boston Post Road in Madison, Connecticut. The shop sells donated merchandise including clothing, furniture, books, toys, gifts, and hardware in a 2,250-square-foot space. Operating entirely on volunteer labor, Act II is fully managed and staffed by dedicated community members who commit their time to the organization’s mission. The shop’s proceeds support the Madison ABC Program, which provides education and living expenses for student participants, as well as contributions to local initiatives including services for refugees and immigrants and support for the Scranton Memorial Library. The shop is open Tuesday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
