Suffield Second Chance Shop

Suffield Second Chance Shop is an entirely volunteer-run upscale secondhand thrift store located at 116 Mountain Road in downtown Suffield, Connecticut, established in 1958. The shop specializes in high-quality used clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, linens, and collectibles at bargain prices. All proceeds from the shop benefit The Village for Families & Children, a nonprofit organization based in Greater Hartford that works to build strong, healthy families and protect children in the community. The shop is operated by the Suffield Auxiliary, an all-volunteer group of women dedicated to raising funds and awareness for The Village, with approximately 130 volunteers supporting the operation. The store welcomes donations of new or gently used items during business hours and has become an important community resource for both shopping and charitable giving.
