Home for Good

Home for Good is a nonprofit social enterprise thrift store located at 591 New Park Avenue in West Hartford that sells high-quality furniture and home goods at affordable prices. Operating under the nonprofit Journey Home, all proceeds from the store support Journey Home’s furniture bank, which provides furnishings and household items to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness in the Greater Hartford area. The store opened in February 2026 and is staffed by dedicated volunteers committed to the mission of ending homelessness in the region.
