West Hartford Second Chance Shop

West Hartford Second Chance Shop is a nonprofit boutique thrift store located at 175 Park Road in West Hartford, Connecticut, that opened in January 2019. Operated entirely by volunteers through The Village for Families & Children’s West Hartford Auxiliary, the shop sells donated clothing, accessories, housewares, antiques, collectibles, books, and jewelry. All proceeds from sales support The Village’s mental and behavioral health services for families and children in Greater Hartford. The shop operates on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and has raised over $350,000 since its opening, contributing to the organization’s broader mission of serving the local community.
