Christ Church Georgetown Thrift Shop

Christ Church Georgetown Thrift Shop, located at 3116 O Street NW in the historic Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC, is a church-based nonprofit thrift store operated by Christ Church Parish. Open seasonally from September through June on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on the fourth Sunday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the shop is housed on the lower level of Linthicum Hall. The shop accepts donations of clothing, accessories, household items, linens, and kitchenware, with all proceeds benefiting Christ Church’s discretionary fund and various local charities supported by the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, DC. Over its history, the shop has raised nearly $600,000 for charitable organizations, making it an important community resource that combines affordable secondhand shopping with meaningful charitable giving.
