Florida Victorian Architectural Antiques is an architectural salvage business located in historic downtown DeLand, Florida, housed in a restored 1926 building at 319 E Voorhis Ave. Established in 1981 in response to the frequent demolition of older properties in Central Florida, the company has been serving the DeLand community for 30 years and specializes in collecting and selling authentic architectural features including heart pine flooring, vintage doors, windows, hardware, iron gates, and reclaimed wood salvaged from historic buildings built between 1865 and 1950. The business has provided structural components and unique pieces to residential contractors, architects, designers, photographers, film and television production companies, restaurateurs, and historic building restorers throughout Central Florida.
