The Far Forest

The Far Forest is a vintage shop and bookstore located at 4312 N Florida Ave in the Seminole Heights neighborhood of Tampa, Florida. Founded in 2018 by friends Kelly Ann Garno and Anna Giancola, the business specializes in hand-picked and curated used books, vinyl records, vintage clothing and home decor, as well as handmade products from local artisans. The store began as pop-up vendor at local flea markets before opening its permanent brick-and-mortar location, with the owners’ vision of creating a welcoming community space centered around their shared passion for vintage goods. The Far Forest actively engages with the Tampa community by hosting events including live music performances, book readings, and monthly Block-Wide Party gatherings through an associated music series called Forest Sounds, establishing itself as both a retail destination and cultural gathering place.
