The Mill on Etowah
About
The Mill on Etowah is an adaptive reuse development located at 225 Reformation Parkway in downtown Canton, Georgia, on the banks of the Etowah River. The 250,000-square-foot complex was revitalized from the historic 120-year-old former Canton Cotton Mill, originally founded in 1900 by Robert Tyre Jones and established as a major denim-producing factory that operated until 1981. The property now features a brewery and taproom, restaurants, unique retail spaces including an artisan market called the Cotton Mill Exchange, co-working environments, and event spaces with live music and community activities. The revitalization honors the mill’s significant role in Canton’s history while serving as a vibrant mixed-use destination that supports local artists, entrepreneurs, and community nonprofits.
