Antique Freak is an antique and vintage furniture shop located in Wailuku, Hawaii, formerly known as Maui Picker’s Paradise. The business buys and sells high-end home furnishings, collectibles, and antiques, specializing in vintage furniture, Hawaiian artifacts, and unique one-of-a-kind pieces. Founded by owner Shane, the shop is operated as a solo venture where he personally handles inventory acquisition, research, pricing, and sales exclusively in the physical store location rather than through online platforms. Antique Freak actively participates in the Wailuku community, regularly participating in events such as the First Friday Aloha Street Festival. The shop has become known for its eclectic collection that includes everything from Hawaiian crafts to vintage records, Japanese antiques, and unusual collectibles, along with Shane’s knowledgeable and personable approach to sharing the stories behind each piece with customers.
