Impact Thrift

Impact Thrift is a thrift store located at 4255 Rose Hill Street on Boise’s Bench neighborhood, occupying the former Boise Bench Commission building. Established in 2024, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chazak Rescue, a nonprofit organization based in Pennsylvania that trains and deploys specialized first responder teams to conflict zones and hard-to-reach areas globally. The store sells quality secondhand clothing, home goods, furniture, and other household items, with all proceeds dedicated to funding Chazak Rescue’s humanitarian missions and training programs. Impact Thrift also operates a convenient drive-through donation center and accepts donations of gently used goods from the community. As part of Chazak’s broader mission, the organization also owns Deadwood Outfitters in Cascade, Idaho, which supports wilderness survival training for first responders.
