Founded in 2022 by husband-and-wife owners Katie Piepel and Mark Pallman, who purchased the building as an investment property in 2019, the establishment offers a casual no-frills menu of classic cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks in an intimate setting. The bar operates Tuesday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to midnight and serves as a gathering place for locals and visitors seeking both quality beverages and unique vintage finds. The space showcases Pallman’s passion for estate sales and mid-century modern design, featuring everything from old VHS tapes and postcards to glassware and vintage curiosities, creating what the owners describe as a combination that is “80 percent art project and 20 percent questionable decisions.” The venue also supports the local community by hosting events and providing a platform for local artists and musicians.
