Leo’s Vintage

Leo’s Vintage is a second-hand clothing store located at 15 N State Street in downtown Elgin, owned by Leo Navarro, a young entrepreneur and former Elgin Community College student. The store celebrates its roots in sustainability and creativity, offering a wide variety of vintage clothing and memorabilia while promoting local entrepreneurship in the downtown area. Since opening in November 2024, Leo’s Vintage has become a recognized community business, operating five days a week and supporting Elgin’s shopping experience for younger residents and shoppers.
