Pink Elephant Antique Mall
About
The Pink Elephant Antique Mall, located at 908 Veterans Memorial Drive in Livingston, Illinois on Historic Route 66, has operated as a unique destination since 2005. Housed in the former Livingston High School building constructed in 1929, the 30,000 square-foot facility showcases the wares of more than 50 antique dealers offering furniture, jewelry, collectibles, vintage items, and home décor. The business, owned by Tonia and Wayne Pickerill, features multiple attractions including the Mother Road Fudge Factory and Candy Shop offering homemade fudge and vintage candies, and the Twistee Treats Diner, a 1950s-themed restaurant in an original ice cream cone-shaped building serving burgers made with fresh local beef and specialty ice creams. The property is notable for its roadside attractions, including a giant pink elephant and other fiberglass sculptures surrounding the building. The mall welcomes visitors from around the world, with guests able to place a pin on a map in the diner marking their place of origin.
