Established in 1984, Horsefeathers is a family-owned retail store in downtown Waukegan specializing in body jewelry crafted from materials including surgical steel, wood, bone, horn, glass, acrylic, and mother-of-pearl. The shop also offers a diverse selection of crystals, minerals, incense, tie-dyed apparel, tapestries, scarves, and decorative items from around the world, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Originally launched as a vintage goods and clothing store, Horsefeathers evolved in the 1990s into an eclectic “international bazaar” and has been family-operated for nearly 40 years.
