Pipe Creek Mercantile
About
Pipe Creek Mercantile is an antique mall and vintage market located in Peru, Indiana, occupying 11,000 square feet and featuring over 100 vendors offering merchandise ranging from 1800s primitives to rare vintage finds and boutique items. The business evolved from Front Porch Primitives, which opened in 2009 and relocated to its current location in 2014; in March 2019, sisters Tressie and Maci Maupin, with their parents’ support, purchased the building and renamed it Pipe Creek Mercantile. In addition to the antique mall, the business operates Trading House Café, a coffee shop and restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and hosts special events throughout the year. The business emphasizes community involvement and vendor relationships, positioning itself as a gathering place where visitors experience carefully curated displays and unique shopping alongside dining options.
