Green Oak Antiques
About
Green Oak Antiques, located three miles south of Rochester, Indiana on Highway 31, is one of Indiana’s largest privately owned antique stores. Established in 1978 by Ann and Steve Furnivall as a small shop, the business has grown to over 10,000 square feet across three buildings filled with vintage antiques, refurbished and repurposed furniture, garden iron, architectural salvage, and custom-designed pieces. Jon and Terri Wootten assumed ownership in 2023 and continue to offer a diverse inventory featuring both antiques in original finish and newly crafted items made from vintage parts, with a focus on farmhouse and country styles. The store operates as a privately owned, for-profit retail business and hosts five annual special sales events including a February Open House, Memorial Day Garden Party, August Yard Sale, September Fall Fling, and November Holiday Open House. Owner Terri Wootten is actively involved in community service through her church’s Redeemed Ministries program, which supports women transitioning from the prison system.
