CHAIN Vintage is a vintage and retro clothing store located at 375 Bluff Street on the second floor in downtown Dubuque, Iowa. Founded in fall 2021 by owner Willie Tigges, the business began with pop-up vintage clothing events before opening its brick-and-mortar location. CHAIN Vintage curates a diverse collection of vintage fashion spanning multiple decades, from the 1960s through the 1990s, including dresses, jackets, band tees, jeans, and home goods. The store is committed to sustainability, sourcing pre-loved clothing that would otherwise be discarded and giving these pieces new life. CHAIN Vintage is dedicated to inclusivity, offering size-inclusive options ranging from XXS to 3XL and welcoming all genders.
