Limerick Candle & Vintage Reads, located at 1108 Iowa Street in downtown Dubuque, is Dubuque’s only used bookstore, offering a curated selection of gently used books across multiple genres at discounted prices, alongside hand-poured coconut soy candles and wax melts crafted by owners Angie and Jackie Ma. Opened in September 2024, the business evolved from the couple’s work as Dubuque Farmers Market vendors and reflects Ma’s lifelong passion for reading combined with their successful candle-making venture.
