Novelty Iron Works

Novelty Iron Works is a historic adaptive-use property located at 333 E 10th St in Dubuque’s Millwork District. Originally established as a machinery manufacturing facility in 1876 that produced equipment for mills and steam engines, the building has been transformed into a mixed-use residential and commercial community featuring 76 apartment units and retail and office space. The development supports local nonprofits and artists by offering space at below-market rates as part of the broader downtown revitalization initiative.
