Calico and Company

Calico and Company, located at 1022 Alabar Avenue in Waterloo, Iowa, is a multi-dealer antique and home décor marketplace featuring over 60 vendors in 15,000 square feet of retail space. Originally established as Calico Hen House in 1984 in a chicken coop on an acreage, the business relocated to its current Waterloo location in 1989 and was renamed Calico and Company in 2023 under new ownership. The store specializes in vintage items, handmade crafts, home décor, gifts, and clothing boutiques, offering customers a curated selection of collectibles and unique finds.
