Antique Alley

Antique Alley is a vibrant shopping district located in the Cotton Port Historic District of downtown West Monroe, Louisiana, on the banks of the Ouachita River. Founded through the efforts of six antique dealers who formed the Antique Alley Merchant’s Association in 1987, the destination features more than 40 antique shops alongside approximately 50 boutiques and specialty stores offering European and American antiques, home décor, jewelry, clothing, art, and fine gifts. The district serves as a hub for community events including Ouachita Live concerts, the Antique Alley Sip and Stroll, Mardi Gras celebrations, and the Christmas on the River festival. In 2020, the Cotton Port Historic District became a Louisiana Main Street district, and in 2023 it achieved Nationally Accredited Main Street Program status, reflecting its successful historic preservation and downtown revitalization efforts.
