Mills 58 is a historic 200,000 square-foot mill building located at 58 Pulaski Street in Peabody, Massachusetts, originally constructed in 1890 as a leather mill. Thoughtfully restored and reimagined in 2017, Mills 58 now serves as a vibrant commercial hub housing over 80 unique businesses, including photography studios, antique shops, a craft brewery, fitness centers, dance studios, coffee shops, and an artisan food court, creating a dynamic community space where entrepreneurs and artists collaborate to grow and create together.
