Arc’s Value Village Thrift Store & Donation Center in Bloomington, Minnesota, located at 10546 France Avenue South, is a nonprofit thrift store and donation center operated by The Arc Minnesota. Established in 1982, the store accepts donated clothing, household items, and other goods, which are sorted, priced, and sold to customers with over 20,000 new items arriving daily. All proceeds from store sales generate significant funding for The Arc Minnesota’s programs and services that benefit thousands of people with developmental disabilities and their families throughout the state.
