Sisterhood Boutique (Thrift)

Sisterhood Boutique (Thrift) is an affordable thrift store located at 2200 Riverside Ave in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Established in 2014, the boutique was developed and is run by East African women between the ages of 14 and 23 as part of the Brian Coyle Center Youth Entrepreneurship Program. The store offers gently used women’s clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories, and scarves, with prices typically under $10. Beyond retail operations, Sisterhood Boutique serves as a nonprofit venture that provides young women with business and leadership experience, with all earnings directed toward programs designed to prepare girls and women for college and careers.
