Phelps Connections for Seniors / Helping Hands Thrift Store

Phelps Connections for Seniors is a nonprofit organization serving eligible senior citizens in Phelps County, Missouri, with offices located at 12200 Dillon Outer Road in Rolla. The organization provides daily meals, delivered box meals, educational seminars and webinars, fitness activities, and social events for seniors. To support and fund the operations of its senior center, Phelps Connections for Seniors opened the Helping Hands Thrift Store in May 2024. The organization has received significant community support, including a $525,000 Community Development Block Grant to renovate and expand its senior center facility.
