Oxford Hotel Antiques
About
Oxford Hotel Antiques is Billings’ oldest single-owner antique shop, located in the heart of historic old town at 2411 Montana Avenue. Established in 1981 by Michael and Alexandra Gregory, the business operates out of a Victorian Italianate building constructed around 1908 that originally served as a hotel providing lodging for railway passengers. Today, the shop occupies over 6,000 square feet across multiple floors featuring an extensive general line of antiques and collectibles, including mid-century modern furniture, vintage vinyl records, costume jewelry, Montana-related items, Western and Native American memorabilia, vintage clothing, tools, toys, pottery, and numerous other collectible items spanning multiple decades. The business also buys, sells, and trades antiques and provides estate consultation services. Beyond its core antique operations, Oxford Hotel Antiques has expanded to include a home brew supply section called Oxford Home Brew, capitalizing on the brewery district in the surrounding area. The restored building retains much of its original architecture, including its tin ceiling, and the business has been part of Montana Avenue’s community presence through its downtown location and involvement in the area’s historic district.
