Railroad Towne Antique Mall is a premier antique and collectibles dealer located at 319 West 3rd Street in Grand Island, Nebraska’s Railside district. Housed in a 1950s JC Penny building, the mall operates across three expansive floors featuring roughly 70 to 75 dealers offering a diverse selection of vintage items, antiques, and collectibles. Owner Tammy Gerdes and her husband acquired the building more than 20 years ago, and the mall has been voted best antique store in Grand Island for 14 consecutive years. The business is known for its well-organized displays, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, and it serves as a Nebraska Passport travel stop. Railroad Towne actively engages the community, hosting weekly Facebook live events on Thursdays and participating prominently in Nebraska’s Junk Jaunt event each September, which draws visitors from across the country.
