V’z Oddz and Endz LLC is a consignment store located at 400 W. Norfolk Avenue in downtown Norfolk, Nebraska, that combines retail and dining. The business features consigned goods, handmade vendor items, new jewelry, trinkets, and vinyl accessories alongside award-winning homemade soups, sides, and ice cream. Founded and operated by co-owner Elizabeth Vosburg, the store serves approximately 600 consignors and has become a community hub in Northeast Nebraska. The business expanded in 2025 by acquiring the adjacent former Ravenwood building, adding 2,000 square feet to its original 5,000-square-foot space to accommodate growing inventory and customer demand.
