1404 Collective

1404 Collective is a multi-vendor secondhand and vintage clothing marketplace located at 1404 S. 13th Street in Omaha’s Little Bohemia neighborhood. Opened in March 2023 by founder Allison Wetig, the shop operates on a “rent-a-hanger” collective model that allows independent resellers to rent vendor space and sell their pre-loved and vintage items while building their own brands. The store houses over 20 vendors with 700-950 clothing items featuring a wide variety of sizes, styles, and eras. Committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, 1404 Collective promotes conscious consumption by keeping quality items in circulation while supporting local small business owners. The shop operates Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
