Classy Seconds Thrift Shop

Classy Seconds Thrift Shop is a nonprofit thrift store located at 3590 Gordon Street in Carson City, Nevada, operated by Advocates to End Domestic Violence (AEDV). Founded over 20 years ago, the store offers a wide selection of gently used clothing, furniture, housewares, and designer boutique items across 10,000 square feet of retail space. All proceeds from sales remain local and directly support AEDV’s 51-bed shelter and comprehensive support programs for domestic violence victims and their children. The shop also provides donated items free of charge to AEDV clients and works with community partners including the Ron Wood Family Resource Center, Carson City Health and Human Services, and the Carson City School District. Known for its carefully curated displays and well-organized inventory, Classy Seconds offers regular specials including half-price clothing on Wednesdays and Sundays, as well as discounts for students, veterans, and seniors.
