St John’s Thrift Shop

St. John’s Thrift Shop is a nonprofit resale shop operated by Cathedral of St. John’s Episcopal Church located at 1406 Central Ave SW in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. Founded in 1959, the shop is staffed entirely by volunteers and offers a variety of merchandise including clothing, books, art, and furniture. All proceeds from sales benefit vulnerable populations across New Mexico with a focus on serving the downtown Albuquerque community. The thrift shop is open Wednesday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and accepts donations of clean, usable items. As part of the Cathedral’s broader outreach ministry, the shop reflects the church’s commitment to community compassion and service.
