Gibson Mill
About
Gibson Mill is a premier entertainment destination located at 325 McGill Avenue NW in Concord, North Carolina, less than two miles from downtown. Originally established in 1899 as Plant No. 6 for the Cannon Mills Company, the 656,000-square-foot historic mill manufactured textiles until its closure in 2003. The property was purchased and reopened in 2004 and has been transformed into a vibrant mixed-use campus featuring an award-winning food hall with locally sourced independent vendors, two craft breweries, The Depot at Gibson Mill antique mall—the largest in the South with over 750 vendor booths—a classic car showroom, retail, office and warehouse space, and entertainment venues including an indoor axe-throwing range and board game café. Gibson Mill hosts community involvement through its tenants, including Lifeline Charlotte, a local nonprofit dedicated to fighting food insecurity.
