The Depot at Gibson Mill

The Depot at Gibson Mill is the largest antique mall in the Southeast, spanning 88,000 square feet across a restored historic textile mill building in Concord, NC. Located at 325 McGill Avenue Northwest, the facility houses more than 600 individual dealers offering antique furniture, vintage goods, shabby chic pieces, and one-of-a-kind decorative items. The transformation began in 2004 when owner Tom Cotter and partners Joe Liles and George “Jock” Liles Jr. recognized the potential of the former Cannon Mills Company plant, opening The Depot to the public in 2009. The business has since expanded to include the adjacent Gibson Mill Market, a locally sourced food hall featuring various dining vendors, and is home to the Cabarrus Art Guild and Depot Design Center. The Depot operates as a for-profit antique marketplace and has become a popular tourist destination attracting visitors from across the region and beyond.
