ABLE Thrift Center

ABLE Thrift Center is a nonprofit thrift store operated by ABLE Inc. in Dickinson, North Dakota, dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities through employment opportunities and community support. The store offers a diverse selection of second-hand items including clothing, furniture, kitchenware, and home décor at affordable prices. Originally operating out of a small downtown location that opened in November 2011, the thrift center relocated to its current home in the renovated T-Rex Plaza, which was designed with accessibility in mind to accommodate employees with varying needs. Beyond retail sales, the store plays a vital community role by generating income that supports ABLE Inc.’s broader mission of creating employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities while accepting donations of gently used goods from the community.
