Rad Vintage – OTR

Rad OTR is a curated vintage clothing store located at 1315 Main Street in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, specializing in 1980s and ’90s clothing and accessories. Founded in November 2017 by University of Cincinnati graduates Billy Luther and Jake Courtney, the shop became a hub in Cincinnati’s vintage scene before being acquired by Jet Black Vintage in 2023, while maintaining its original branding and operations. The store features hand-picked selections of vintage streetwear, sneakers, and nostalgic items that reflect the community it serves.
