Greater Columbus Antique Mall
About
Located at 1045 S High Street in Columbus’s German Village neighborhood, Greater Columbus Antique Mall is a five-story Victorian home built in the 1880s that has operated as an antique marketplace since 1979. The mall houses over 50 antique and vintage dealers offering a diverse array of collectibles including antiques, coins, jewelry, furniture, books, toys, glassware, and memorabilia spanning multiple eras. Originally built as a private residence for Bavarian immigrant George Janton Sr., a soap and candle manufacturer, the historic building later served as a funeral parlor and an Elks Lodge before its transformation into an antique destination. The business specializes in appraising and dealing coins and supplies alongside traditional antiquing wares, providing both experienced collectors and casual browsers with an extensive treasure hunt across its twelve thousand square feet of retail space.
