SuperThrift – Portland

SuperThrift in Portland is a nonprofit thrift store located at 5050 SE 82nd Avenue in Southeast Portland that sells clothing, furniture, and household items. Operated by Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest, a faith-based nonprofit founded in 1985, SuperThrift’s proceeds support recovery services for individuals struggling with substance abuse and life-controlling problems. The store is part of a regional network of SuperThrift locations across Oregon, Washington, and Montana that collectively maintain over 400 beds at recovery centers. Customers and donors contribute to SuperThrift’s mission of “putting hope within reach” through shopping and merchandise donations, while the store offers regular sales promotions, delivery and pickup services, and maintains an active role in the Portland community.
