Worthwhile Thrift is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit retail store located at 305 2nd Avenue, Suite 201 in Collegeville, PA, dedicated to supporting survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. Operating as part of Worthwhile Wear, the organization operates thrift stores that sell quality secondhand clothing, shoes, accessories, books, housewares, décor, antiques, and furniture. All profits from Worthwhile Thrift stores fund the organization’s comprehensive survivor support programs, including education, empowerment, prevention initiatives, long-term safe housing, and employment training. Over the past decade, Worthwhile Wear has developed extensive partnerships with over 70 service providers, the FBI, and the District Attorney’s Office to identify and assist at-risk individuals aged 18 and older, including LGBTQ+ survivors. The Collegeville store has been recognized as the Best Thrift Shop in Montgomery County and actively welcomes volunteers and donations from the community.
